Star Award presented to Sandy Beckel at EdSymposium 2018

The Star Award is awarded to one member of each chapter at EdSymposium. The purpose of this award is to recognize the service and dedication of an individual to Society for Design Administration. It is given for significant contributions to the membership of a Chapter or the entire Society through participation in and support of its meetings and publications, fundraising, recruitment, or other significant activities.

This year our President Laura Heck, as part of the National Awards Committee, had the honor of presenting the chapter Star Awards at EdSymposium in Salt Lake City. Sandy Beckel was presented the Star Award for the Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter for all her hard work towards the success of our chapter. Congratulations Sandy!
