Do I need to identify as a man to join?

No!
All are welcome.

The San Diego Association for Men in Nursing (SDAMN) is committed to providing an inclusive, diverse, and welcoming environment for all individuals.

SDAMN does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, nation of origin, ancestry, age, marital status, physical or mental ability, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic.

While our organization is dedicated to supporting and advocating for men in the nursing profession and men’s health issues, membership, events, board positions and all association activities are fully open to all people, regardless of gender identity or expression.

We believe that diversifying the nursing workforce requires collaboration, allyship, and the active participation of everyone passionate about the future of healthcare.

We are currently transitioning to a new system to make event registration even simpler!
